In general, the production process of PVC pipe is: raw material + additive preparation → mixing → conveying feeding → forced feeding → cone twin-screw extruder → extrusion die → sizing sleeve → spray vacuum setting box → soaking Cooling water tank→ink printing machine→crawler tractor→lifting cutter→pipe stacking machine→finished product inspection packaging.
The RPVC pipe is formed by using SG-5 PVC resin, and adding stabilizers, lubricants, fillers, pigments, etc. These materials are kneaded according to the formula after proper treatment. If the extruded pipe is a single-screw extruder, it should also be The kneaded powder is granulated and then extruded; if a twin-screw extruder is used, the powder can be directly formed.
In addition, in the production, it can be different from the above-mentioned process, that is, the powder is directly extruded from the pipe without granulation, but two points should be noted: The direct extrusion of the powder is preferably carried out by a twin-screw extruder. Because the powder and the pellets have one less mixing and shearing plasticization process, the twin-screw extruder can strengthen the shear plasticization to achieve the expected effect; second, the pellets are denser than the powder, and are heated. And the heat conduction is poor, so the processing temperature of the powder can be lower than the processing temperature of the corresponding pellets by about 10 °C.
PVC pipe forming process parameters
The processing parameters of the pipe are also different from the diameter and wall thickness of the pipe, which results in different production process parameters. In the actual production of PVC pipe products, there is no specific process parameters, because there are many factors affecting the actual production. Therefore, the process production parameters that can produce qualified PVC pipes are good process parameters.
