Thermoplastic pipes can be stored indoors or outside the yard. When stored outdoors, the pipes should be protected from direct sunlight, and the pipes should be properly supported during storage to prevent sagging or bending. Pipes should be stored on the floor at the job site in factory-supplied packaging. Care must be taken to avoid compression, damage and deformation. When stacking and packing, care must be taken to ensure that the weight of the upper stacker does not deform the pipes in the lower unit (stacked tube wood can be stacked on wood). The stacked height of packed pipes should not exceed 2.5 meters. Care must be taken to ensure the instability caused by the height of the railing, otherwise it may cause collapse, pipeline damage, and personal injury.
Thermoplastic pipes must not be stored in a confined area near elevated temperatures near heat sources such as heaters, boilers, steam lines, engine exhausts, etc. Exposure to high temperatures can cause product deformation. When stored outdoors, thermoplastic pipes must be covered with opaque material. The cover provides sufficient air circulation above and around the pipe as needed to prevent excessive heat absorption, which can cause product discoloration and deformation. Stored PVC pipe products should not be exposed to temperatures above 40 °. Stored CPVC piping products should not be exposed to temperatures above 50 °.
CPVC pipeline products are tough and resistant to corrosion. Avoid falling and bearing external loads during transportation. Thermoplastics are damaged by wear and gouging. Do not drag the pipe to the ground. Avoid the effects of falling from the high place and rough dragging. In cold weather, check the product for any scratches, cracks or cuts caused by improper handling; storage. After discovery, these parts must be cut off and discarded.
