How to clean the pipeline?
Chemical cleaning:
The chemical cleaning pipeline is to use chemical agents to carry out temporary renewal and transformation of the pipeline, and use the temporary pipeline and the circulation system pump station to carry out the chemical cleaning of the circulation system from both sides of the pipeline.
The technology has the characteristics of strong flexibility, no regulations on the appearance of the pipeline, faster speed, and complete cleaning.
High pressure water cleaning:
Use high-pressure jets above 50Mpa to carry out high-pressure jet removal to clean up surface stains in the pipeline. The technical key is to use short-distance pipelines, and the pipeline diameter must exceed 50cm.
This technology has the characteristics of faster speed and low cost.
PIG pigging:
PIG industrial production pigging technology is to use the driving force of the pump to promote the fluid to drive the PIG (pipe pig) forward in the pipe, drain the dirt deposited in the pipeline out of the pipe, and then achieve the purpose of cleaning.
This technology is widely used in various process pipelines, oil and gas pipelines for oil and gas pipelines and other clean-up projects, especially for the dredging of pipelines for long-distance transportation of fluids. It has other technical advantages that cannot be replaced.
