3. When a part of the damaged hole in the pipe wall is 20-100mm, a polyvinyl chloride plastic adhesive solvent can be used to stick a circular plate not smaller than the hole with a large capacity plus 100mm and the same material as the pipe.
4. There is a gap in a part of the wall of the hdpe water supply pipe. When the length of the gap is not more than 1/12 of the circumference of the pipe, a plate whose length exceeds the length of the gap plus 100mm and the width is not less than 60mm can be pasted on the gap. Both ends of the board should be cut into arcs.
5. Before repairing, remove the water in the hdpe water supply pipe, use a scraper to trim the damaged part of the pipe wall, and clean it with tap water. For special-shaped wall pipes, be sure to remove the ribs in the decompression range, and then grind them away with sandpaper or a file knife.
6. Before bonding, use cyclohexanone brush to bond the position reference surface, and apply the bonding solvent as soon as possible after drying to start bonding. The board used for external paste should be selected, and the arc board is laser cut from the relative position of the pipe with the same diameter. The inner side of the external board must be cleaned and tidy, and then the datum surface should be brushed with cyclohexanone and then the adhesive solvent should be brushed.
7. For hdpe water supply pipe holes not exceeding 20mm, after pasting, they can be wrapped and fixed with geotextiles, and the soil can be returned after being dried for 24 hours; for holes and gaps exceeding 20mm, pasting is performed After that, it can be tied with wire to fix it.
8. After the hdpe water supply pipe is repaired, the hollowed out position of the pipe bottom must be backfilled with coarse sand according to the supporting angle.
9. For the selection of repair measures for the damaged hdpe water supply pipe, the construction enterprise should obtain the permission of the management unit and the on-site supervisor in advance; for the damage that appears at the bottom of the pipe, it should be executed after the permission of the design unit.
10. If you use welding rod repair or chemical water stop agent and other leak repair measures, you must obtain the permission of the management unit before they can be implemented.
11. When the size of the damaged location of the hdpe water supply pipe exceeds the provisions of the above clauses, the damaged pipe section should be replaced. When there is no special connecting pipe fitting between the dismantled hdpe water supply pipe and the laid pipeline, the inspection well or connecting well can be built for connection.
